family fun over the turkey holiday!!

my cousin Lisa visited over the holiday, and we had a blast running all over northern california

we went to see the big trees



the coast



we saw the city all lit up for the holidays



of course we celebrated by grabbin' a brew



and even took a boat ride out to the golden gate and around alcatraz



So much fun!!! Can't wait for her to come back :)

Ian & I headed up the mountains after the first big snow storm. Tahoe is amazing covered in snow.



we kept heading east to Nevada - my first camping trip in NV and in the snow!



we did some four wheeling that was more like snow mobiling - i even drove!



we are cute even when we're cold



this was our campsite - and he is my mountain man :)
