Bike Ride in the Spring!

My dear friend Rob and I went for a bike ride on Sunday - nice weather, warm and sunny - all the beautiful trees leafing out and the roses in bloom - and we got exercise and ice cream!!!! It lifted my spirits to be with my dear friend, be outside, and relax in the sun!

Saturday Night Fever!

This is what I'm shooting for - the figure of course, not the outfit. I got the exercise bike and the motivation (Hawaii - bikini). The closet of awesome clothes are quite the motivator too!

Chillin' in the Aeolian Islands . . .

This is me - chillin' in the Aeolian Island of Salina off of Italy, near Sicily. I had such a relaxing time after running around the country for 3 weeks seeing all the beautiful sites, learning about art and history, eating fabulous food, drinking exquisite wine, and meeting Italian hotties ;)

Do I even need to say that I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK??????
