Remodel or Roommate?
I am trying to decide - remodel my kitchen or get a roommate? It might be nice to have someone here again and of course the extra $$. But I also would love to remodel my kitchen - I really hate the PINK!

Why not both. Bringing a roomate in will help fund the remodel project.
I think u should do both to :) Get a good, sexy single roommate, so I can hit on them (guy of course) and then use that extra funding to fund the remodeling project *winks* :) I'll bring my drill and help out to if u need it! Big Hugs :)
I agree with the others, do BOTH! the roommate would make it easier to GET HER DONE!

You have a point there, but if you let the person know up front and perhaps not charge as much as you normally would then you might find someone that wouldn't mind. And it shouldn't take that long to remodel the kitchen. depending on what you want to do with it...
